I especially like how you did lighting on their armor. It is always good to use references, one can learn a lot using them, a great way to improve. I found reference pic you were using for this one. I think you would agree those steeds are weaker part of the pic, practice more with them, study their anatomy. Their legs could be defined better. what has happened is that my riders are see through... and if I apply a background, it (the background) will bleed through the riders
