Paul,
I think you have real talent, but like everything else practice will make or break you. If you are having problems with heads I recommend you try copying faces and heads from pictures, it doesn't matter whether its magazines or comics or my favorite which was any book with pictures drawn by the old masters (michaelangelo, rubens..etc..) they have excellent head studies. I found this helped me very quickly with learning proportion and placement. Good Luck and keep drawing.

Youve gots some nice stuff in here, have to say I like your black and white pictures slightly more than the coloured ones they just seem to catch my eye more, great work!
