This is my contribution to the Bifrost project "Mad Hatters on Parade". I decided to go with the hat maker angle and have a mad mushroom hatter making a mad hat. His three arms hold the fabric, the threads and the needle. He stands at about seven inches tall, including hat. [2006 - Polymer Clay, Foil, Acrylic Paint, Varnish, Fabric, Misc Items]

Definately the most unique!
I love the colors on both him and his hat! especially the little flowers on his head. This should get a mod's.

That's perfect! I think you've got most unique hatter, hands down 2

Very nice! I Love the texture that you painted on it.

Now that is amazing, just love it!

I agree with both that this should be a Mod's *and* that this is the most unique Hatter.

I love the tentacles and the way you used them to show him performing his trade. This is the most magical mushroom character I've ever seen!

You did an excellent job using both the clay and the cloth. Your talent has no bounds!

Adorable hat! I kind of think of it as the mushroom wearing two hats 2, his cap and then the hat on top of it? Or would you consider his cap his hair? Anyway, that's one mad, and very industrious octo-mushroom. 12

2 Polenth Blake replies: "I tend to view their caps more like big puffy tops of head. It's where their fungus brains reside. That's why he needs a hat, to keep his brain warm."
