The pic is really well done, and I absolutely love her whole look.. with the piercing things in the leg and her outfit, etc.
Only small problem I have are the boobs. It's probably just like the ref model you used? Fake breasts are ok, but so long as they don't look fake. The mile-wide gap inbetween the 2 halved cantelopes just does not look good. This is just my opinion though.

Really other than that.. I think the pic is fantastic!

It's funny how you noticed the fake breast right away, although I understand why. The reference model didn't have fake boobs (well, she does now, but she didn't have back then); but I made her boobs look like implants myself. I personally looooove fake breasts and how they look when they're noticeable, and a lot of the times I shape them like that in my paintings, he, he. That doesn't mean I don't love natural breasts, it just depends on what look I'm aiming for. But, whenever I want a fake breast look, I go for it! I'm glad you noticed it, and I really appreciate you mentioning it. Thanks again."
