| 16 Aug 2001 |  Tina R Walls | Loading... You've got a really great style here, alot of fore thought seems to go into your stories, but I have one problem, and it appears in almost all of them. You use HTML codes to make your points; larger text, differant colors, fonts etc, and no editor or publisher would allow that to pass. Established writers rarely get by with that, Terry Pratchett being the only one I can bring to mind, so may I suggest that you try to wean yourself from it? If your doing it right, which in most cases you are, you don't need those HTML tricks to make your story better. The words speak for themselves. Believ me, If there was one thing I would change it would be that stupid HTML code. I did't want any of that. It just isthere when I open the elfwood site to that story. On the original on my computer the font is all the same. It is so frustrating. I keep changing and changing it, but different things just end up bolded or bigger. It really ruins the flow of the story, I'm sorry. | |
