You aren't bad. I think if you want to get better you should try using more shading. Your art is more preportionate than it is well - shaded. Of course, leaving it with light detail is fine, but I think the more shading you add the better your art will be. Try "Crosshatching" with your pencil and then rubbing it with your finger to blend it together, that will make it easier to shade and look better than just outlining the muscles. 2 good luck, and keep it up!!!

62 Cilissa G. Harris replies: "Thank you I have tried cross hatching. I just don't think I take to it very well. I use it in small drawings but the bigger they get the worse I get trying to finish details. I put up my newest most complicated wolf sketch I really lavished the shadding. It's called WOLF WRITE 2. I just need to build more patience I think. Thank you for your kind comment. "

My turn Cilissa! Lovely gallery! I’m looking forward to seeing more from you! I hope you get more time to work, I know that’s a problem for me. {{{hugs}}} We fantasy equine artists might need our own Gallery somewhere! LOL I love it! ~ Deborah

Hi prismwolf. I see horses grazing on the earth and flying through the air. Horses of fire and horses that live in the oceans too. Very elemental, complete and balanced. The wolf is scary!!! I like that you give birth to your dragons - from eggs and emerging out of bubbles. 2
