Elanya is a guardian of the veil between the worlds, she does a lot of important jobs! here i have shown her standing at the gateway and comtemplating the spiral. she is an enchantress, a faery who is adept at magick, she can weave a spell in an instant. she will also give us humans a helping hand with our magick when she sees us struggling, provided we have respect for the faery realm. this painting too is inspired by "The Lady of Shalott" weaving her web. and yes, she is painting no.2 in my "lady of shalott" series.
