	Well I am done with this one! I drew her a long time ago, like 3 or so years. I wondered what a mermaid would look like if it washed up on the beach but had legs. Not like Ariel though. So I thought up the cute skirt fin kind of thing, so there it is. It could use some work, but it's on news sheet paper or whatever so it's too delicate for me to still mess with.

14 Aug 2004	Chantal Hall	Loading... Hello there! I like the position that this mermaid is in. She seems shy, vulnerable, and yet apathetic. I love the way the picture turned out with the light seeming to focus on the mermaid (a scan or digital picture occurance I'm guessing). It seems to start as a thinner beam at the top and then illuminate the creature and engulf her in its rays along the rest of her body. It adds wonderful atmosphere to a very nice picture. Good job on this! Elizabeth Anne Pysher replies: "Thank you so much!!
