Dina loves to draw anything from nature, real or imagined. She must have been born with a pencil and a pad of paper in her hands, because she is rarely seen without them. Also- her blood is really Hazelnut coffee.

I'm known in the online art community as Quill. Hi, nice to meet you! :3
I have always, always drawn. When I was small and I had coloring books (not that I don't have any now :P) I used to draw my own characters on the inside covers. I was never seen without my markers, crayons, pencils or something artsy, and that hasn't changed. My purses look like duffle bags to fit all of the art supplies I drag around with me.
I am inspired by literature, mainly- I love reading and seeing the characters in the stories move amongst each other in my mind without having some other sort of media influence the way they look. My favorite books are the animal fantasy Redwall series by Brian Jacques, and I'm really enjoying the fictional feral cats of the Warriors series by Erin Hunter. I can't say that movies don't influence me- I'm mainly seen online at The Lion King Fan Art Archive, where I have over three hundred pictures uploaded. Other movies I draw inspiration from are The Road To El Dorado, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, and Treasure Planet.
I worked in Minneapolis at Oops Animation for about 8 months doing their Character Design and storyboard work before I got laid off.
