'Wh-who are you?' Stammered the man as a dark clad figure stepped out of the shadows. 'Who am I? I am the knife that seeks your heart, the frightened cry made as you slip into oblivion. Who am I? I am Death,' whispered the figure as a dagger appeared, its long thin blade gleaming harshly in the dim light, ' It is time.' A soft gurgle came from the dying man as he slumped to the ground his crimson blood flowing out of the small star-shaped wound in his chest as the figure known only as Shadow pulled down its mask and slipping once more into the shadows of night.

Everything in this pic is great except for the hands. They don't look like the form of a human hand. They look like floppy cartoon gloves and, in my opinion, throw off the picture. I have trouble with hands too. Blasted contraptions.

:-) Quinn Reid Aboudara replies: "Yes the hands are very akward...I was planning on fixing them but *sigh* comp is broken so must use the work computer....Glad that you like the rest though..."

Love the shading and the pose!!
U should try too draw spider-man (it will turn out great!)

:-) Quinn Reid Aboudara replies: "Well I would but I like to be original LOL besides Spider-man is fine just how he is =+}"

Man when you had 'Shadow' in the title I thought of snake eyes from G.I.Joe ...dunno why, must be the ninja-type gear he has on!! Cool pose though and it is reminiscent of spiderman!!

:-) Quinn Reid Aboudara replies: "LOL G.I. Joe was a great show, in fact I still watch it when I can. And everyone says about the same thing that Shadow reminds them of Spiderman, However I did not base Shadow on Spiderman in any way, it was just how it came out, the original "model" for Shadow is a comic book called The Black Panther that was published by DC Comics in the late 60s early 70s."

This looks so awesome. What a frightening pose that you did so well.

:-) Quinn Reid Aboudara replies: "thanks a ton, I think this is one of the few that will stay when I begin my Heroes & Villians series. "

Looks very Spider-Man-esk. Well, him and Spawn. Or maybe Nightcrawler? Bleh, I need to lay off the comics. NICE work. Very nice! I lvoe the shadow... maybe try working on the front hand? It looks CREEPY, but not qutie believable. Colour it? Please? Pleeeease?

:-) Quinn Reid Aboudara replies: "actually *I think I mentioned this to someone else* Shadow was based on a DC Comics superhero called Black Panther. As for the hand...not sure why that turned out so terrible...I'll have to fix it sometime...might color it then too...not sure though...Thanks for stopping by and I'm glad that you enjoyed it."

Well done! I find it hard to put a human in a good pose and still make him look like a man. Good job

:-) Quinn Reid Aboudara replies: "this was one of the best ones I managed to get finished of a humanoid ( Know one knows whether it's a man or woman or what race they are) though I hope that when my Heroes and Villains series comes out there will be more that are this impres"

Can't believe that I did not leave something here after seeing this the first time. This is truly one of my favorites that you have drawn. The other being the armour jsut above this one. My eyes slowly move over these two slowly making sure to capture all there is to see. My brain hoping not to miss one detail form either of them. Think I may have to take time to myself and see if I have what it take to draw at least half as well as you.

:-) Quinn Reid Aboudara replies: "thank you dear, I'm glad that you like and as soon as we get to meet up I'll give you some pointers. "
