	capitain holly short from the artemis fowl series written by eoin colfer. i tried to match her personality and description from the book, while still keeping to the image she placed in my mind. if anyone else has ever read the series, let me know if i suceeded!(any comments or crit appreciated)

2 Nov 2007	Lyssa "Lynx" Quest	Loading... Wow! Very realistic! I love the style!The detail used in the hair really makes it pop and I love her eyes! One thing tho, wouldn't the name-tag be in Gnommish? You know the swirly symbol things they use to write? I guess the translation is easier to read but it just caught my eye. Besides that rather insignificant little detail, I love this! Very,Very good job, especially on the shading and lighting! Your awesome!

I think, maybe you could add a little more dimension in the face, more variance. I think it might give a little more ethereal look, but I love it.

Loading... this is the only good pic ive been able to find!!!!(seriously why do people always make her butt-ugly?) i also pictured her with longer hair, but other than that this is the closest to how I imagined her. Rachel E Greene replies: " thanks, i also pictured her with longer hair when i read the book, but when i reread her exact description the author specifies a crew cut, so i stayed with that ."
24 Jun 2009	Lou	Loading... OMG! I sort of never thought of her without her helmet on. My mind sort of doesn’t create proper faces. i write novels and then i can sort of create an image wit words but oh well!!!! I really think you’ve captured her image well. i sort of saw her as a helmeted sarcastic thing with wings, but hell now i can image her. I’m readin the books again now 2 c if i can picture her proper. u probably got bored by the third word of this message so i don’t blame u if you gave up then. if not-WELL DONE! REALLY GOOD.
