For instance I'd have made his cardboard-kimono thingy have a pattern and would have made it more open at the neck with the niechline desending almost to his waistline. then you could have added an undershirt or some frills a'la ff9 or some nice aristocratic jewelery.I also would have given him a half cape draped over one shoulder and buckled with a large ornate tassle which could be draped under his shoulder or around his neck as well as a sash around his waist which could have a complementary pattern to his coat... Oh and the colour scheme really isn't very good, the other commenters were just being nice... or they were stupid. If your going to use purple mix it in with some very, very dark reds, blacks, dark blues, dark violets and/or white. and if your using green mix it witth light earth-tones (sand, grey-brown, leather, etc.) yellows and/or blues. He also could have done with some nifty tattoos around his cheekbones, on the shaved side of his head or his arms/hands. I hope this Advise helps in your future endeavors . | |
| 29 Nov 2004 | May faery | Loading...I admit, it could use some folds but the person's comment above is too much, i mean most of that is just opionion. The whole color comment was nonsense, you can put whatever you want into it, i like the colors my self, but just saying i think it was pretty good. I can tell your improving in your people drawings, from some of the others you are deffinately geting better. Keep up the fantastic work, and keep drawing! | |
