I even made up a lame little story to go along with this one! =D Some adventurers set out to destroy an evil sorceror... and unfortunately for their halfling companion, they succeeded! The sorceror was keeping a dragon locked up in his dungeon to use for pieces and parts, and when he was killed, all of the wards he had set were also destroyed.. leaving the poor halfling as a likely dinner. Same technique/media as with the ramguard.
