More characters from my Nira related tales. The six protanginist of the series 'Phil and Tiq' actaully make their appearaces in other stroies, but unite as a team in this one in hopes of ending a very destructive war between the Harpy Empire and the Human Kingdom of Manoss.
From left to right: the creepy pale chap is Jason Koppe, a Changeling who can alter his appearances through mind created illusions and uses it as a thief. Not to mention getting private time with the unexpecting ladies who think they've found their dream man, when its only Jason using their own desires agaisnt them. Stealing cash from these girls is also a usual con, and being a rogue he's only on the team to help himself cash wise. But despite this, he can come through when push comes to shove and finds an unlikely but true friend in Phil, the groups leader.
The lad getting the bunny ears from Jason is Tregandric, a nine-year-old Greenman who left his family to wander the land in hopes of becoming a great warrior. Although he's not happy with his progress, the fact that this small kid can easily beat twelve full grown men is testament to his combat skill...yet Tregandric also suffers from intense shyness, barely speaking and getting intensely nervous around girls, especially his three female teammates. Despite this, he feels most comfortable around the blond Catherine, whose sort of a mother figure for him. Needless to say, he and Jason don't get along.
The big jolly guy is the surprising leader and glue of the team, the kind hearted human knight Phil Amazo. More info on him in his own picture.
Tiq Ocypete is the former princess of the Harpy Empire, who was dethroned in a nasty rebellion by her older brother Taq Ocypete. Now unlike human royalty, next of kin rulers in the Hapry Empire is chosen by parent to the one they feel is the most capable of the job, regardless of age and place. But Taq's rebellion was for ruthless power, where Tiq was brutally harmed and left for dead by her brother and former generals. Phil stumbled upon her soon later and saved her in time. But Tiq is a vengeful girl, and the war between her kind and Manoss was raging long before she took the throne in light of her parents deaths. And had no strong desire to end it either. She only works with Phil in hopes to regain her position, with Phil and companions fully aware of this, making her a very uneasy ally. But despite her ultimate goal, Tiq does lighten up around the group and finds herself starting to enjoy their company, with them becoming her friends. She herself is a tad shy and she's mustering up a lot of courage for a smile in this picture. She is perhaps closest to Phil, despite his pacifist ways and his own goal to end the war.
Although she looks to be a mere sixteen years, Catherine Herbert, or Cath, is actually the oldest of the team, being somewhere around 227 years old! She is actually a vampire and became such through tragic circumstances. When a team of vampire mercenaries came to her village and killed off everyone but her. She was kept alive as food on their journey to kill a giant who had been giving vampires a lot of trouble. But the mercenaries met their doom thanks to the giant, the infamous Hector of the Sunny Doom, who had made himself into a walking vampire destroyer (If Hector's name seems silly, Giants are like that if Boojee the Idiot Invincible and Sergie the Cruelest wasn't an indicator). But Cath was already bitten and with it she was becoming a vampire. Fortunately Hector was in fact a kind giant who only attacked evil vampires, and took Cath under his wing. For almost three centuries Cath has battles many great evils thanks to Hector's example and joins Phil's team in hopes of stopping the war as well. Because of the nasty bite that transformed her, Cath's voice was forever lost even in her immortal state. But can communicate still with words and expressions. And because of her age, she acts as the unofficial hen mother to her partners.
Last but not least is the voluptuous and surprisingly good 78 year old Succubas named Demonic Lazdry. As with Phil, her story will be shared in a stand alone image.
