this was my entry into Adele Sessler's art contest. We were given the subject of a romantic scene between her characters Luke & Diana.

Lots of fun with water :D

Heck, I want to take a bath in that water. It's really exceptionally done.

hehehe...everytime that Dee character shows up I start humming that "Sandra Dee" song from Grease.

Hey! i am glad you won the contest, the water is fabulous, and probably that was a big factor in you wining... I mean... I couln't draw a glass of water to save my life, so... However, and don't hate me for this, I do have a critique, if you want to take it. And is that their anatomy is not quite right, and I could live with that because is not that wrong either, but her eye is too close to the edge of the face. Since this is digital I think you could easily move it back in the face. Just that.
And congratulations on wining the contest, I've seen that there was a lot of people!

I think I drew her head to wide (her ear is to far back too)....but I was getting so close to deadline I just didnt feel like re-painting parts of it.....but I will definitely be more careful in the future!Thanksfor the comment & the crit.2"

Simply beautiful. The water is outstanding and the wings are breath-taking. Not to mention the actual coloring is all together very well done and their expressions are just marvellous. Keep up the beautiful work. The vegetation gets 3 yes 3 thumbs up! *looks for a third arm to steal*

The wings are very well done! they're a beautiful focal point of this great picture! must have been quite a challenge to do such a detailed background.
