	Vedran is a vampire who spent quite a long time as a Tzimisce ghoul. So no, those aren't actually tattoos, they're pigmented flesh. This was after his domitor was tired of using him as a living canvas in other ways.

I mean, one ring or other type of piercing through each earlobe (or two right next to eachother, subtly, on each lobe) is the only kind that I approve of. It makes people seem like they either want to mar their own bodies or deliberately make a bad impression (if they overkill the ears and/or pierce any other part).
