What helps for me is to have a sketchbook with me wherever I go that help me form composition and work on anatomy and poses, I use references, and be patient, no matter how hard that is for me. It's always good to treat yourself with some quality supplies every once in a while when you feel you have done well. Keep it up! You are doing a wonderful job!
