SciFi and Fantasy Art Pen Dragon by Kimberly Raptor Price Riley

This is my source of inspiration. And thus, is the mark of the 'Inspiration in a Nut Shell' Tour. E-mail me at KeepersCompany@aol.com if you have a piece you were inspired by. Anyway, I called him a pen dragon because he was outlined in pen before I colored him with colored pencils. Personally, the cheep version of colored pencils I used were not as powerful color wise as the prisma colors, but I think he is cute.

I would never be mean to this guy. He's my favorite of all the old dragons I have. In fact, I think when I get the real tour up and going, I'll use him as my start point and icon for the tour. I love this dragon ::huggles it, but is careful of the tail.. and teeth.. oh.. and the claws too::"
12 Oct 2003	Anna M.Shaw	Loading... Ahhh, it IS cute! Goes and hugs it. Results in a pile of ashes Oh well, lol. I really like this pic though, i love your shading! Kimberly Raptor Price Riley replies: "thanky. You've some cute things yourself. The pink dragon done with prisma color takes the cake as far as cuddleys go. hehe."
19 Jan 2004	Megs L Lune	Loading... Gothic Tigress says: I just start the tour and already there is a shameless plug...lol This is great, although the colors could be a little darker, don't you agree? I love how he's sort of snarling and I like how the tail sort of wraps around his foot... The wings could be a little bigger though... :huts up:: All in all, this is great...::must continue the tour:: Kimberly Raptor Price Riley replies: "Poor little guy was made with Crayola map colors ::tear::, so that's as dark as he'll ever get. But, I now have primsa colors ::does a happy dance:: and I just had a bit of inspiration to redo him, hehe. Thanks! Now the only problem is I have to actually start. Have fun on the tour and I hope it inspires you."
