This stumpy fellow is quite obviously a dwarf, but he doesn't seem to know it. He stands tall (for a dwarf) making as fierce a combat face as he can (for a dwarf). I tried practicing drawing from a different angle, in this case, looking down on the figure to accentuate his... vertical challengedness. Thoughts? ** UPDATE ** Altered the picture a bit after a couple complaints that he wasn't broad enough for a dwarf. So, he's a little wider now.

Very cool picture. I especially like his face and the muscle in his legs. He looks just like the main dwarf in The Lord Of The Rings.

2 Dougan Redhammer was my first thought, just because in Dragons of Summer Flame, someone says something like that to Dougan. Even tho this looks more like Flint, but still. Hopefully you get what I’m saying.
