Up until two years ago in an open art course I took in high school, I had never painted a picture in my life...save for the finger paintings I did when I was little.  For our final project, we had to make furniture into a work of art by painting whatever we chose to use with a mural.   Being in celebration of the theatrical release of the first Narnia movie,  I decided to do a Narnia Mural.  This is just the top of the table that I painted. 

The arrangement is all my own doing, though I did use referrences to guide me in the individual sections.  It's my very first painting ever, so please go easy!  I hope Narnia fans will enjoy this one as much as I do :)

omg! this is you first painting (other than finger painting as a kid) im a HUGE narnia fan, every thing about this is amazing, the stone table. cair paravel, the wardrobe, lucy and the lamp post and aslan, woah.
