One of my favourites. The head ended up sort of a cross between Dr. Seuss (face) and Vanilla Ice (hair). I don't know how it happened.

Makes me think of Chamber from the X-men spinoff, Generation X. Strangely enough, my favorite part about this drawing is the guy’s eyebrows.

:-) MT Starkey replies: "I thought he looked like Chamber, too. The eyebrows took me seven hours."

:-) MT Starkey replies: "Cheers. It’s not just a look. It’s a lifestyle."

that’s a nasty looking blade he has there....eesh, imagine getting an itchy back, and momentarily forgetting about that.....ouch....16

:-) MT Starkey replies: "Yes, that would be inconvenient. I’d give him a back scratcher but he wouldn’t be able to hold it."

The top half of his face is acutely cute1

:-) MT Starkey replies: "Glad you like it."

Howdy MT! Good sketch, would make a good video game character! Can’t believe anybody called him cute, though!

:-) MT Starkey replies: "I know! What’s with that? Thanks for the comment."

the torso abit too long, isnt it?

:-) MT Starkey replies: "That’s the beauty of technology."

Ah! He does remind me of Chamber. I liked him too, kind of had the Beauty and the Beast thing happening with either Husk or M,I can’t remember which.
I like his blades. The body is a shade long, but if he has no lower jaw, then he’s not meant to be a perfect humanoid.

You must have grown up in the 80’s if you remember Vanilla Ice!

:-) MT Starkey replies: "I reckon the torso is better that way. There’s very little flesh in there, so the position of organs and supporting bones like the spine and ribs don’t have to be accommodated for.

I vaguely remember the 80’s. I was 6 years old when they ended. I was actually listening to the Beatles a lot at that time."
