	This is an in-progress drawing of a painting I'm working on. I find drawings and sketches somewhat personal and intimate, like someone's signiture. The title is from the children's song, oddly enough, 'My Bonny lies over the ocean...' Thought it'd be fun to make her a pirate...

The song "My Bonny Lies Over The Ocean" if I’m not mistaken is based on a female pirate named Anne Bonny who avoided being hanged for a year because she was pregnant. The image you made of the female pirate is excellent by the way, she’s seductive and yet you have no urge to mess with her. Well done.
