I sent her $ 350 for a picture over three years ago, and haven't receieved it so far. Please all you buyers of Elwood artist work, be weary of Carrie Hall. I have heard from her that she doesn't have time to do the work that I paid for. Now she says she has spent the money, and can't mail it back to me.
