Face doesn't seem right. The Conan of Robert E Howard's books was exceptionally quick- witted and sharp of senses, in addition to being an extremely gifted homicidal maniac, and it just doesn't come through. Lighten the jaw, stretch the forehead a bit, give him a neck.

CONAN!!
What is best in life?!
To wear a face like the dull minion of a socialist nation.
Toe die among the swine and the mud and the rotten fruit.
To subsume my own desires to the wishes of the Party.
To buy into their tirades about fair wages.
Which were truly no wages at all--

I worked with my mighty axe on the slaughterhouse floor,
Breathing in the salty tang, the vinegary stench
Of organs, staining my skin, my eyes, my nose...
My life.

And when I stood, rose at last out of those charnel pits,
And walked into the daylit world of men,
I yet reeked, from pole to pole,
Of the innocent bestial blood my axe had slain,
While I looked on--impassive.

Oh, to be like those beasts,
Dumb, not looking ahead to the slaughter I offered.

You need to work on your faces.but the rest of it looks good.
