I have to admit your work is some what enlightening… its significance can be interpreted in many different ways… im sure you’ve inspired plenty.. Funny how something like this can move those who seek answers in their lives... Hope your passion doesn’t die out.

I think the effect of this image is in the contrast with the other images and in the unfinnished face, one looks for answers about her mood and is left to imagine them for one's self."

This picture gave me the image of a fairy mourning the horrors of war on a blood-stained battlefield. The fact that she is so small and helpless intensifies this.

:-) Rhodri McCormack replies: "Everyone gets a different impression from this one, but the common thread is decay and sorrow, I guess battle fields fit nicely."

Oh yes ...lovely indeed !!! But what is going on in the pic ? I’m on the old age side ...maybe I’m missing something ! But I do sooo love it !!!

21 Rhodri McCormack replies: "No there is really very little going on, just a fairy with no face, holding a few leaves. I enjoying splashing red ink around and sponging in all the light to much to worry about what I was actually illustrating."
