Tag As FavoriteComment		In this image, I had to use a B4 for some shading in the hair, as well as the face, and then I would lift out highlights from the darker base, and fill in with a H2 pencil. That is why the hair looks different than in my other drawings. What you see right now is about 18 cms or 7.2 inches long. The overall aspect, this is only 1/8 of the total area I have planned for this image....

...she seems to be taking ship quite well at this point. The shading and facial expressions have remainded constant. The addition of her dramatic hair style is a welcomed addition, though it seems a little flat due to the lack of appropriate highlights. I really like the creatively added strand of hair that flies across her face....nice!!!Glad you like the "lone strand". In the photograph where I am basing the image on, the strand is there, and I just could not leave it out....
