Libraries are empty because, I don't know why actually. They just are. The fact just is that if you keep clicking the next-button you'll find a lot more libraries that seem dead and abandoned than those with, you know, recent and replied-to comments.I think it may just seem that way, because we know a lot of people who comment a lot and get a lot of comments (some more than others, of course). They don't. :/
