| 9 Jun 2003 | The lord of things that are....black? | Loading...*SIGH* how cliche, always the..how should i put it..gajin angels. You know, bright blue eyes and long flowing golden hair, why don't you try a driffrent approach? Perhaps somthing like a Jamaician angel, you know? darkskinned, HUGE sunglasses, all curled up blak hair, clothes that are about 6-7 sises too big and with a huge joint in the hand!! *Snickers* nah, i will be nice, i was a bit mean with the joint thing, but what i want too say is, as far as i understand angels come in all shapes and sises, why not try something diffrent? otherwise it is beautiful, that peacful expression she has, it's something i whish more humans could feel time to time.Well, you do got a point. However, I', running a comic called "Stereotype Devil and Angel". They're supposed to look like cliches. Besides from that I wouldn't like to make anybody with dark skin in my comic. Not because I don't like that skincolour, or anything, but because my comic is held purely in black and white. I wouldn't be able to give that specifik character justice, since my skills don't go to make the face look african, and I wouldn't be able to colour the skin. (But I do think you'd find my interpretation of Raphael funny. I don't know if he ever makes it into the comic, though) | |
| 24 Jul 2003 | Scorpio | Loading...AWWWW *glomps Chrys* SHE"S SO FRIGGIN" CUTE!!!!! as always... anywhooo...what new trick is it that you learned? Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "I learned that by using a blender on "markerpaper" below the colour you added and when using blender on top of it again (all done while the markercolour is wet) you can get the borders to flow out. If you look at her skin you can see highlights where the borders blends very smoth. ^_~" | |
| 28 Dec 2003 | FuneralAngel (scorpio) | Loading...oh cool! I'll keep that in mind as I just got a 72 case set of copics ^^ Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "Wow. Congratulations. If I recall correctly Copics are even more expensive than Tria markers. Take good care of them. ^-^" | |

| 18 Aug 2004 | Cheetah Angel | Loading...I like Crystel. In fact, I like any character that can't do anything right. Like Dori from Finding Nemo. I think she qualifies. Could you say that blender thing again? Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "I use Pantone tria markers (expensive but good) and this is done on special markers paper, that explain a bit how I do this. The blender id used over and on top of the still fresh colour, so that the colour go smoth." | |
| 17 Nov 2005 | Darknighte | Loading..."ladies and gentlemd....may i introduce to you...the one...the only...stereotypical angel!!!!!!!!" *crowd cheers enthusiastically* Chrystel seems a little stereotypical, but her clothe's folds and the shadowing (which musta sucked ass to do) are near perfection Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "Well, Chrystel are stereotypical. She's a character from my comic "Stereotype Devil and Angel". But hey... At the least Chrystel has got a name. As oposed to some other characters from that story. ^_~" | |

| 7 Aug 2006 | Huny Bakd 'am | Loading...I really liked the hair color, and the color of the wrap she's got....the wings were awsome, but the one on (my) left seems like it was bent up....to fit on the page? or accident? but otherwise....the drapes of her clothes are too cute! and the halo, is a VERY nice touch! Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "Thanks a lot. ^___^ If I remember correctly, I really did draw the wing like this. The cropping makes it looks worse, though. :/" | |
