Just a quick sketch I decided to colour. I used those cheap markers you give to three year old children in kindergarden. This is actually the oldest picture I got in here. I like it's personality but my scanner hasn't ben kind to this one.

The farie's face looks familiar. maybe it's because looks exactly like STD.

:-) Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "Actually this little fairy is years older than my little redhaired brainchild... And they got very little in common. (The fairy was a character in a story I was writing on) so there's no familyties here either. ^_~"

That's not what I meant. what I mean is that hers and STD's facial features are extremely similar. And I believe the word is spelled familiarities. not familyites. Don't ask It's one of my more annoying habits, along with checking and correcting peoples grammar both verbal and written.

:-) Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "OK. Like that. That explains it. Anyway, there's a reason I got Copycat to correct the grammar on my comic. *L* I know my English language could be.. better... ^_~"

Except I don't think that Rikke meant familiarity, but family ties, right? No familial bonds. So her spelling was correct. In other words, leave her alone.

:-) Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "Hehe, a little overprotective today, ehhh? I did mean family ties, but it's all rigth. I'm used to mess around with all sort of language and get weird misunderstandings. This is nothing, I tell you. Nothing. ^_~"

He-he-he...cheeky fairy...reminds me of Elfquest's Ember (daughter of Leetah and Cutter_drawn by Wendy and Richard Pini) ...he he he...cheeky fairy

:-) Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "Ehhh what? I have a little hard to see the logic in that comparison. But than again... For each his own... ^_~"

Cheers for unfinished novels! *looks over own volumes and volumes of them* eheh.....the wings on Klihri(sp?) are very stuited for her apparent personality, and i'm interested as to what you novel was going to be about....also, what is her full name?

when are scanners EVER kind!? We pray, we bow, we worship, yet STIL they turn our works into crap warmed over! (except yours...yours are good...they retain color, lines, and still look like good pieces...)

:-) Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "The novel was a classic fantasy story... Shortly put. ^_~ I got it all stashed at my parents house, so... I can't check for this little darlings full name. It never was supposed to be important, and it was... Very long and didn't made any sence to say out loud in "human language"
My scanners steal colour. And sometimes details dude to the lost colours, but, I have learned to ude them better over the years. This is a very early scan. ^_~"

Love the wings...they seem transparent and fragile but also strong enough for her to fly...the effect i was trying for in a picture last night which just didn’t work.11

:-) Rikke Lindskov ´Gwennafran´ Loft replies: "Heh, well, hopefully, this could give you some inspiration, then. 2"
