I almost cringe, thinking they're going to fly into me ;o) beautiful coloring, is that watercolor or am I completely off? ) it's so unique, I've never seen anything remotely like it....nice background too, the smoke coming from the volcanoes looks great ) Gilda SansSouci Rimessi replies: "Yep, is watercolor and colored pencil. I love the way the distant mountaintop fades into the clouds, and the design of the Shantak bird. I don't suppose you could do Randolph Carter being carried off and tickled by Nightgaunts? Gilda SansSouci Rimessi replies: "Ah, I couldn't decide if I wanted to illustrate the Shantak bird, the Nightgaunts or the God face on the top of the mountain, and at last, I've choosen the Shantak. But I'll draw more Lovecraft in the future, so I could give it a try. It would be an interesting perspective "

15 Jul 2009	Sarah Elizabeth Dendy	Loading... I really like when people have dragons drawn with horselike heads rather than lizard of snakelike heads. That’s how dragons were described in legends. I’ve never heard of those books, might have to look them up.
