I like both of your depictions of Heaven and Hell here.  As for the girl herself, if that is a blindfold around her eyes remember that it would probably be tied OVER her hair rather than under it. Also I've found that if you draw individual strands of hair rather than huge chunks, it tends to look more realistic. I love the little shiny places you added though. Her hair also looks a bit stiff so you should practice making hair look limp and *some word that means the opposite of stiff*.
