I've never drawn chibis, but it's the holidays and I'm bored, so I thought I'd give them a try. Please let me know how I did. I know they're vey cliched characters, but I just wasn't feeling that imaginative when I drew them. Sorry.

excuse me for a moment...
*SLAPS* little 11 year old brats...
the high school comment was unwarented, as, if u read this lovely ladies' bio (which u probally did not, as i assume ur reading is as bad as ur manners) this lady artist is 19 and studying nursing. jest a wee bit past the high school stage- dont'cha think? so BUGGER OFF...
gah- just had to get that out of my system
i think they are cute...you can draw whatever kind of chibi's u want- i know mine all really didn't turn out how i wanted when i started, most still dont, but perservere... someday u and i both will be able to draw the pictures exactally how we see them in our heads...
*dreams of that happy day*

1 Lauren E. Ritchie replies: "I long for that day too! Then again, you'd probably get a lot more freaky drawings also."

Awww, they look so sweet! I have to agree with Shanna L. Moore on the rude commenters - I wonder if they've ever heard of "one's own style". I kind of like how they're not in a totally anime style, actually. If you were aiming, though, to make anime chibis, you did much better than me when I was first trying out the chibi-style. The rude commenters may say that chibis are easy, but they're actually not - it took me a while to get good at them, and then I just chose to do my own style of chibis in the end. *lol* I'll stop blabbering here and just end with: good work and don't let mean people get you down! 2

:-) Lauren E. Ritchie replies: "I was trying to ge them to look anime, but I think I'm happier that they didn't turn out looking like every other chibi in the world. Thanks for the comment."

Despite the rude comments, I think you were succesful. Chibis are supposed to be deformed! And your's are cute. And as for that Austin kid, I'll assume that his artwork is as ugly as his attitude. Don't let people like him get you down!

zi think it's amazing. I'm not even good at drawing anime or chibis because I'm 9! But I think with some changes, it would look terrific! I t doesn't matter what that Bert or Austin guy says, if you like your drawing, then everyone else should to.
