	Needed a monster that would live in a sandy oasis for a roleplaying game a ran... most monster that I do are for gaming...

Robert Landers replies: "I was making some new monsters for a roleplaying game I was running. The player's characters where in a desert at the time... I came up with this guy... and others... Anyway, thanks, glad you like him and thanks for stopping by..."

I like him alot... he was a lot of fun to do, although it took three tries to get him the way I wanted him... Thank you for stopping by and commenting, always nice to have other artist comment..."
5 Jan 2005	Dave Cripps	Loading... How would you hit it if its made of sand? Great movement in this. All those dots? Do they damage your pen? Robert Landers replies: "You would only be about to hit it with magic... Only magic weapons of +1 or better would be able to hit it... Arrows would go right through it and only the plus of the arrow would do damage... for example a +1 arrow would do 1 point damage... swords and axes would only do 1/2 damage, even with magic... Hammers and maces would do full damage... The tough part is that if it is around sand it will regenerate 5 points each round.... Plus all type of magic resistances on top of that... Anyway... I have worn out a refillable pens before... I run out of ink in a pen way before I wear it out... I go through a lot of ink... On Walking at Night I used up about 3 non-refillable pens..."
