This is a view from our hero point of view. As he comes across this damsel in distress. Somethings just not right though, and he doesnt have time to concider it before he must defend her. I actually have the first part of this story written. Once I get the second seen done perhaps I will publish it here. There are some parts of this piece that came out very exiting for me. I tried to keep the graphite from bleeding into the color. fixative didnt work. Any suggestions? The piece is a little taller but alas I dont have a bigger scanner.

her leg is caught in that trap... my problem is.. where`s the blood? Those things make a seriously nasty mess of a limb.

Nice colors! The only suggestion I have for avoiding getting the graphite smudged in with your colors is to ink the pic first, then erase all the pencil marks before you color. *shrug*

I agree with the first comment. I trap like that does a lot of damage. Sometimes it can even take the foot off. So there would have to be a lot more damage to the elf. Also, the trap wasn't very well hidden. Ok, enough critisism. I love the concept of the pic, and the colours are great. would love to hear how the elf gets out if it.
