"halfling" by Robin Mills

	Another one of my characters. Not knowing how exacly to draw halflings, I simply made it a bit rounder/sweeter looking then a normal face. He's an old man that has lots of stories of adventures he made to tell. This time,I edited it quite much with photoshop. I used the airbrush at some places witch I normally don't do. Many people find this one to dark and smudgy, but I like it.

20 Mar 2003	Skye S. Skyscraper* Cormack*	Loading... Yay, an update! It looks like a picture, I love the way you made everything extra blurry exept the face. I like how you put all those lil details around the eyes and mouth, and of course, the schnozz is fabulous. Robin Mills replies: "Thank you! yes that does give an effect to the picture (the rest beeing blury) But the reason that is like that, is actually because I got bored with all the detail while drawing so I finished it quikly the blurry way "
8 Apr 2003	Brenna Alyn Walters	Loading... I think this is great! I especially like the realistic hair texture that contrasts with all the smooth folds of the face. The expression is wonderful! Robin Mills replies: "That's good to hear. On the original I wasn't satisfied with the hair, so I made little with spots with the eraser of photoshop and smudged it again, I think that did the trick."
