Roberta Varolotti replies: "Thank you very much, originally this unicorn is painted on my jacket of jeans with tissue colours… " | |
| 17 Dec 2005 | Dennis Drury | Loading...Wow, this is good. The use of color is striking and creative, and the unicorn itself is well-drawn and looks quite alive. If there is any flaw with this pic, it is that if the setting is twilight, then the unicorn needs to be lit on one side and dark on the other. For example, if the sunset is behind the unicorn as it appears to be, then the unicorn should appear back-lit. But this is still a truly fine piece of art! I wish I could draw animals that look so natural. Roberta Varolotti replies: "Thank you very much, you are right, in fact there is an error in light and shadow. I know … this is a past work, I hope for the new ones to do better . In any case thanks for the comment. You are really welcome. ciao" | |
