SciFi and Fantasy Art Element Earth (color) by Carlee Weimer

Ok, realizing that I put her bg info on the black and white one, then took it down, and never bothered to transfer that info, I figured I might as well. Lol, anyway, she is Element Earth, the second youngest of the elements. She, like the others, has a life orb, and she is connected to it by the stone of life in her bracelet. She is cute, fun, loves to smile, loves to play tricks, very optimistic, never has worries, finds everything fun and interesting, and loves everything she does.
Now, her orb, like the other elements' orbs, can't be destroyed unless it's destroyed by the power of all four of the elements together, in which case it would destroy this dimension as we know it seeing as the power of good was used for evil, and so yeah. Basically, indestructible, cuz if you did get them to destroy their own orbs, you wouldn't even know it. Hahaha...*ahem* yes, anyway thats' Earth's story. Medium: Prismacolor colored pencils

I admire the way you use colors, I think it's so awesome. =) You use them very well even to create shadows (like on her leg by the skirt etc). One thing that would make her stand out a bit more against her similarly-colored background is a little bit of black shadowing in spots.... I think that would have made her pop out at ya. Still, I love her, and I love the soft colors, especially on that cute tree trunk! ^_^ Carlee Weimer replies: "Yeah, I do need to add some black in there to make her pop out, I sorta forgot about that whole color thing, lol! I'm a tree and I overheard some stumps (poor things;stripped of their dignity and life but still there)complaining about how degrading it is being sat on by a Wanderer, or someone who is not rooted. I think it is rude too, but if this was the earth elemental I think some of them would be a bit kinder in hopes of being grown back again. (;
