L. Schlager AKA Loki

Hello there, whoever you may be! My name is in giant bold letters just above the bio! But in case you didn't catch it, my name is Loki. Or, at least that's what most of the world calls me. :3 I'm 15 years old and trying feverishly to draw well! I've been doing better, but still... drawing hands *perfectly* WILL be the death of me. :(

 I honestly don't like when people comment of how they don't like the *style* I do my drawings in. There's a big difference between a good drawing and concept and they style it's done it. So please, if you don't like my style, well, don't comment I suppose.

 I mostly do anime/manga/bits of realism here and there-type work. I'm decent at realism, but it's not my favorite style. So, I kind of start with anime/manga and experiment from there. :) I hope to create characters for a comic or something, and I write, but that's a whole 'nother can of worms.

 I was first inspired when I was about at the age of 8, by the series “Pokemon.” I had never seen such strange style of drawing in my life. Ever since then, I saw more and more of it in the , like Sailor Moon. The first Manga I bought was “CardCaptor Sakura,” which my father later burned because he was opposed to magic. But I didn’t stop. Other things like “Paradise Kiss,” influenced me, and I’ve kind of been in this art thing alone, except for the support of my oldest brother Josh, who encouraged me to get better.

 Now, I'm kind of am where I am now. :) And I’m comfortable here, but I don’t think I’ll ever stop drawing! <3
