Wellp. She didn't come out as good as I'd hoped w/ the markers. But I made the mistake of trying to color her face first. So when I screwed up it was hard to fix. That's why she looks so blotchy. Anyway. I still think she's spiffy, and I'm happy w/ her cloths anyway. Kinda made me realize that I need to buy some more flesh tone markers anyway :P Love Love LOVE my prismacolors though. I just didn't have the dosh to cough up for all of them that I needed. hehe

oooh, very pretty. I love the way her hair turned out, and the costume design is very nice and original. Her feet look a li'l small, but I'm thinking that's mostly because of the flowy pant legs, and it fits in very well with the picture anyhow. The pose is great, by the way! Such movement! YAY!

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "1 thank you very much! And it's not just the pants. I've noticed a trend. ALL Of my character's feet are too small. But that's what we upload for. Live n learn I guess 2 Thanks for the help!"

My work with those markers is not nearly this good. I think you did a fantastic job with them. This is a great pic.

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "Thank you muchly. As soon as I'm on a real connection again I'll wander by and look over your gallery 2 thank you for surfing through mine!"

It turned out awesome!! You did very well with the colouring. I like the shine on her hair and the styling is great! I want that outfit...!!

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "hehe..me too. I'd fall out of it though.. 10 Ahh the benefits of animation."

WOW Dani! You did a FANTASTIC beautiful job on this one. Her skin color is just amazing. I really love this one, it's splendid! I'm getting some prismacolors from my grandma in a few days...so i can't wait to try 'em out. ^_^

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "thanks!!! 1 They're absolutely fabulous. You can color over them and the lines don't darken, and bleed through and ruin the paper. You'll love them!! I can't wait to see you try them out ;D"

I like this version best out of the 3. There's the most color in it, i think. And the hair is really cool, i like the flow of the dress as well. She has nice details on her skin/face.
The only drawbacks are the small feet, the weird left elbow, and to me, she looks like she's eating something sour. Lol. Nonetheless, great job.

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "hehe! I didn't think of it that way. Although she is supposed to be on the verge of crying, so I suppose eating something sour came close enough for my talent level 12 I'll check your stuff out as soon as I've got time 12 thanks again!"

She's beautiful! Her feet are a little tiny but otherwise well done (feet are hard) I'm impressed with what you DID do with the markers! No overlap lines! Pose is delightful. WOW! Keep up the good stuff!

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "Thanks a ton 2 A lot of the smoothness of color's a credit to the markers, not me. They seriously are worth every penny. I'll try to get around to doodling some more 2 "

Ooh, I definitely like this colored version best. Doesn't look too screwed up to me!! Great job!!

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "Thank you very much 2 There's a few proportional problems, but I'm working on them."

Who! Got to love her hair! And her costume is very great colored too! Her face expression is goood

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "wow! thanks much 2 I'll try to get updating more often here in a bit. time for breakfast! *waves and runs downstairs*"

Awwww it's so pretty! The hair is just gorgeous, because of the way you've twisted it, and I love the curls at the end! ^_^ Wah... how did you shade the skin like that? Is this done in MARKERS? Wow, you've got the shadowing all put in the right places and it's just generally turned out wonderful! 1 I hope to see more of art drawn with these maerials, hehe XP

:-) Dani M. Rothe replies: "*chuckle* thanks a ton for the really kind words. 2 I figured I'll hold off on doing too much more with the markers till I have some more colors. I AM in the process of working on coloring another pic on the computer though. May take a bit before I get to upload that one though."
