What has to be finished here, is it colour? I think I like colorless drawings as I have commented before to another elfwood artist, it gives an etheric feel to it.

Even without colour, this picture is alive with movement and has a wistful feeling to it. I love the quite symbolic moon that frames her and the little love hearts on her skirt. Line drawings are so full of details that can sometimes be overlooked when a picture is an explosion of colour. In my opinion, this picture is already finished. If you do colour it, please keep this version up too!!

Ross replies: "Well it isn't finished to me, because the 'moon' in the background is really supposed to hold an art-nouveau mucha-style pattern, and the 'hearts' on her dress are the eyes that will end up being centers of peacock feathers. But I am daunted and keep putting this off and misplacing the art. I just re-found it again this weekend.. maybe I can finish it more. So 'finished' doesn't necessarily mean colored 2"

I like the movement and dynamics of this piece, the art nouveau style is very ordered but at the same time it has a lot of action, well sometimes. this is a nice pic, gonna color it?
