SciFi and Fantasy Art Beautiful But Deadly by Ronda S. Murphy

She uses her deadly weapons when she has you in her trance. She has a power over Black Widows spiders... I wouldn't mess with her if I were you ;) I made this in Photoshop 7 with a Wacom drawing tablet and finshed it on 05/23/05. I used Asvison as my photo model for this (with permission, of course). Here's the stock photo I used. I also used references to paint the spiders that I found on google.

13 Oct 2005	Tricia L. Martin	Loading... Ew, eew, the spiders creep me out. They're really cool, but eeew... lol. I think the one on her chest really gives me the heebie jeebies. Cool stuff. Anyhow- she really looks very much like the photo so you did a good job using that. She's pretty, but not in an overly exotic sort of way. (Not a flawless pretty, I guess- which is a good thing). The tones you used for the background work well with her hair and skin tones. Nice job. Eeeew..... lol. Ronda S. Murphy replies: "Great! The spiders are supposed to be creepy, hehehe. 13 Oct 2005	Susan 'The Amazon Woman' Threadgill	Loading... This is a very well done piece, the skin is smooth, and the eyes show life. The only thing I'd say looks a bit off, are the lips. I think the face is good, but I don't like the clothe or jowls, you didn't use the same amount of your skills on that as for the face... thats a little sad... but over all, very good! Ronda S. Murphy replies: "LOL! Someone finally noticed and pointed out the missing spider leg! You deserve a virtual cookie. Thanks for the compliments and feedback! I don't really understand why you think I used less skill of the clothing and such though. Feel free to elaborate! I know those parts are less dressed up but I figured the simplicity worked best on those parts for this particular artwork. Anywho, thanks again."
