| 12 Nov 2003 | Unit 02 | Loading...This looks like a "Fishmalk". I hope he was truly mad and scary, I hate when people play Malkavians as cute, teddybear-toting pranksters. The gIfT 0f mAdnEsS does NOT make you cute and cuddly. Unless its a charade and you are deeply disturbed behind the surface. @_@ Oh, its a nice drawing. Chris M. Rubenstahl replies: "Well, 'cute' was definitely how he started out, but I think Darren (the player) realized that after a few sessions, and adjusted his play style accordingly. He ended up using a character device where he would listen to the PLAYERS and respond to their comments and questions, but do it in character. Thus, you would be standing there with him, and he would be talking to no one in particular, often getting quite vocal and violent in his opposition to certain suggestions. " | |
| 14 May 2004 | Brian Keith Cooke | Loading...You know, anyone can wear silly clothes, but I think it's the expression on his face that makes this one. He truly does look disturbed. Chris M. Rubenstahl replies: "You'd have to see Darren, the player. He makes these kinds of expressions when playing the character. There's no way I could draw Jester without some sort of weird-ass expression on his face." | |
| 29 Sep 2004 | Delirious the Malkavian | Loading...Wow, i bow to your exquizit pencilings and colourings upon mashed, compressed and processed wood... Chris M. Rubenstahl replies: "Well, thank you, Delirious. That makes two out of two Malkavians who agree. Wow... now THAT'S a scary thought..." | |
| 4 Dec 2005 | K.B. | Loading...Hello, I am a amature artist. You have a vast display of talent and years of perfection. I really like the color with black and white. Well done I say, well done. Chris M. Rubenstahl replies: "Thanks! As many on this very gallery would agree, I would dispute the 'years of perfection' line, but thanks! " | |
