  | Harbinger is the minion of the mutant leader Richfield Franck in my Champions: New Millennium game. Harbinger was once a petty mutant villain named Livewire, but the release of energy upon the death of the mega-villain Proprietor amped his powers up considerably. He now views humans as nothing more than sad, backward evolutionary fossils, fit for nothing more than servitude. This is one of my costume deisgn sketches for the character. |
