SciFi and Fantasy Art Jazz by Chris M. Rubenstahl

Jazz is a mutant speedster heroine in my Champions: New Millennium game. Jazz is most definitely based on the Cyberforce character Velocity, at least as far as her powers go. Jazz is a far more forceful and carefree character (and she's faster, too!) Her preferred attacks include the standard 'hyper-punch', a hurricane attack (where she throws anything she can get her hands on), and her 'cannonball' (where she charges into her target full-force, betting on the force and speed of the attack to decimate her enemy).

Rubenstahl replies: "I didn't mean to draw the heels as prominent as they appear in the pic. I just wanted them to be heavy, heat-resistant boots of some type (to withstand the tremendous heat generated by running at Mach 10). And, who's Lightning? I don't remember that character..."
