SciFi and Fantasy Art Ranulf by Chris M. Rubenstahl

This is a drawing of my mercenary D&D character, the fighter Ranulf. Ranulf is about as egotistical and self-centered as they come, and his greatest joy in life is to spend the money he makes. He's a money-grubbing con man, gladiator, huckster, and charlatan all rolled into one. He fights dirtier than just about any character I've ever seen (and that's saying a lot!), but just about every action, every word, every acquaintance he makes is designed for one overriding goal: to make him even more money.

That's a great expression he has on his face, almost as if the definition of "arrogant" would have his picture next to it Chris M. Rubenstahl replies: "It's good that you bring that up. The character IS arrogant as all hell, and semi-unpopular with the other PCs. They all admit they need him, though, because he's the only dedicated fighter in the group, and because he's VERY good at what he does. "
