Tag As FavoriteComment		Hoo boy! It should be obvious from my stuff that I'm a huge Iron Man fan. One of my favorite stories had Shellhead and Doom trapped in the land of Camelot, then working together to cannibalize their armors and build a time machine to take them back home. The cover of issue 149 featured a closeup of Doom's eye, with Iron Man reflected in it. I decided to draw the opposite angle. And yes, I did screw up the 'nipples' on his armor; they should fall below the uni-beam on his chest.

I kept with the comic, expanding until I read Robert Heinlein, Joe Haldeman, David Drake, John Steakley and others. I just love the idea that a normal man can put on a suit of armor and become nearly invulnerable (and powerful, to boot)."

"Marvel"-ous...lol...sorry couldn't resist. But really this one is fabulous. I love every thing about it. The detail; the shading, the highlighting, the reflection of Doom in the helmet, the quality. Just everything about this one is great. Yes the nipples are higher up than they should be but that is very overlook able for the the reasons listed above. Excellent...blew Batgirl straight out of the sky. This is by far my favorite of your works that I have seen.

You did him Justice.

I love Iron Man. He's My favorite Avenger and Lone Hero. I think you are right in saying He and Doom do not face off enough. That's a battle sene I would pay to see. Now if only this were in color. Its great like it is anyway.
