Hello Jennifer! Regarding "Play By Ear" by Tabitha Lynn Ladin.
Last autumn, to celebrate Thanksgiving, a friend of mine bought a bunch of coloured corn and hung it on her front door. Early the next morning, she opened her door and a squirrel jumped on her! The squirrel then jumped off her and fled. Her corn cobs were stripped half-way up! The squirrel was eating it!
