PhotoRichard C. Blackburn is a Creator of Worlds. His current major projects are a socio political commentary of human nature set in a strange world combining Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Horror, Steam Punk, Anthro, and Superheroes. Most items currently hosted here (the CotAoE Project) are precursors to, or parts of, his new creation (The Watcher's Record). The Watcher's Record files will be published under the name TheWatcher if he can arrange it.
