Tag As FavoriteComment		One of my friends I met at school last year in our World Religions class. I thought when I met her that she would make a very good elf and the idea stuck with me through the year. Fortunately she's also a LoTR fan so I decided to give it a try - so this is Aini. ^_^ I'm glad she likes it. I kinda did the sketch and then just kept working on it. An early scribbled design forced me to keep getting more and more ornate to cover up said scribbles. Which is good. Cause now it looks better than ever, and its forced me to start giving my drawings REAL backgrounds! Thanks Angela for making such a cool elf! ;) Luck in all you do.

WHAT??????????!!!!!!! NO comments???????! I love this!! Just love it!!! I love the colors, the atmosphere, everything. I also like how you chose to do the composition, and the night sky is very beautiful and convincing. Aini is a perfect elf! Love your work. Keep it up! 1

What a beautiful picture! I love the deep colors, and the shading on the fabric gives such a nice texture! Great elf!

Random question, you dont happen to go to tech, do you? I do, and world regions is kind of a famous class there b/c the professor is just absolutely insane

2 Ruth E. Steinback replies: "Hmm, nope, never went to tech. That was way back in high school for that one class, and I just graduated from WLU for university in Ontario (anthropology degree!). I think nuts is a requirement for many cultural studies teachers, including world religions."
