SciFi and Fantasy Art Cast of Beyond by Ruth E. Steinback

The main cast of my beloved story-in-progress (IT has a life of its own, I swear!!), over in Loth. The version there currently is the unedited one. The revamped version will be there as soon as I can get it there.

The characters should be pretty easy to recognize once you start reading - not so subtle push in that direction. I'm not entirely pleased with how they came out, I think its their faces really, but other than that everyone else seems blown away by it, and it really is pretty cool. The postioning of them is actually pretty relative to the relationships and personalities in the story so it turned out good I guess!

7 Feb 2004	Margaret Bashaar	Loading... I really like this; each character seems to have a life and personality of their own that comes through here. Trying to add a little bit more shading to your coloring here would do a lot for this piece, but I'm not very good with shading either. ^_^;; Ruth E. Steinback replies: "Yeah, hopefully over time I can build up some more layers of colour in this one. I wish I had the right colours of Prisma pencils though, cause then I could go crazy with shading and colours. Thanks for the comment and advice!"
18 Mar 2004	Kilian M. Walker	Loading... Very cool, any chance you'd draw each of them separetly? Just to see the design of the outfits, the guy in white you can't see any of, the most seen are the yellow, and blue. Anyways I'm enjoying harassing my draggie girl lates ~.^ Ruth E. Steinback replies: "It's happening slowly as the moods strike me. They're being issued though and not cooperating with their poses. Hart's all hidden like cause he's the 'mysterious one' in the story. Well at least to the ones that don't know him."
